I think I will go with IKOMA.

Because...

convenient (sort of between NUS and my home and near MRT)
Flexible timing
Lots of good reviews
Used Minna no Nihongo
Cannot afford to waste time trying out a school where I'm not sure if it will be effective in improving Japanese
Full time courses available in case I want intensive training during the break before SEP

But...
heart pain... so expensive. O well.. It won't be in the long term. let me count...
Aug to Mar next year, that's 8 months. each term about 3 months so i'll prolly spend about 1k+ in total???(if I continue all the way before my exchange) T.T
